I built this fireplace in Ireland before I came to San Francisco. I was determined to keep the look and feel of a traditional Irish country fireplace.

It was constructed with natural stone and brick from floor to ceiling. A pot belly stove was installed on top of a stone hearth.

Perfect for the family to gather around in cold winter evenings.
